One of the original
kiddy joints on 1st Avenue, Who's On First has somehow survived the
slaughter of its UES brethren. It does this while actually having
the nerve to charge covers some nights of the week. What do you get
for your $5? You get some jerk spinning his CD collection from 1991,
some nineteen-somethings doing the Macarena (or whatever the kids
are doing these days) and domestic beer in plastic cups. If it sounds
vaguely like a bad high school party, you're not far off. If it sounds
like fun, you might want to get in your way-back machine and dial-up
