Spring Lounge B 48 Spring St., 212/965-1774 "Like an episode of Shark Week gone awry." Fiberglass fish sprout from the walls of what used to be The Shark Bar -- and it's a little frightening. There really isn't anything loungy about this bar, but the owner is a swell guy, and the mostly local crowd won't carve their initials in your chair while you're still sitting in it. [MF] |
