What is basically a
take-out restaurant, Sido has re-invented itself with some low-lighting,
a little dark wood and a friendlier, more patron-forward attitude.
We got that from their PR firm -- the place is still a take-out dump
that serves relatively inexpensive middle-eastern food, which tends
to be a little bland, but perfectly serviceable for what it is. It's
a good alternative to the million-and-a-half Italian joints in the
neighborhood, and CVS is right next door in case you have any adverse
reactions to the chili sauce. [MF]
