There's not much bad
one can say about brick oven pizza. Honestly, it's almost like badmouthing
a dolphin or something--you know, there's just nothing bad about it.
It's crispy dough with cheese and toppings. It's as close to perfect
as food can get. The only negative I can think of is, because of its
small surface area, the slices tend to lose heat and get cold pretty
quickly. The restaurant itself is upscale for a pizza place, which
means there isn't sawdust on the floor or grease climbing the windows.
Mmmm pepperoni. [MF]
