One of our Italian surveyors
told us that Ecco-la, roughly translated, means "We put free weed
in our pasta." No wonder neighborhood UESers flock to this tight little
Italian bistro. Or maybe it's the heaping portions of hot pasta, low
prices and the little cozy side room that you can only get into if
you're on a first date or trying to get back together with an ex,
or just a sucker for public humiliation. Try the Rigatti Rossi and
