Blarney Rock Pub B, BF 137 W. 33rd St., 212/947-0825 Now that's an original name for a bar! Is it a clever nod to Rolling Rock? Are the owners just a bunch of imbeciles? Or did they just get sued by the 400 other Blarney Stones in the area? Blarney Stone is to beer what Famous Ray's, Famous Original Ray's and Ray's Famous is to pizza. In any case, avoid this dump like the plague -- unless mustaches and skunky beer is your thing. [MF] |
