I guess the suits need a place to gorge themselves on Indian buffet. So there's this place. But like most joints in Midtown, your dollar buys you nothing but mediocre. To be honest I'm rarely impressed by Indian buffets, and Indian food in general, outside of the nicer places and my local haunt. And London, of course. This place had been in this spot for what seemed like forever, and now it's gone. Guess you'll just have to hit the grills upstairs at Benihana if you're looking for a communal eating experience on this block. [MF] |
