Barrow St. Ale House B, BF 15 Barrow St., 212/206-7302 A decent size bar, rows of long tables and reasonably priced pitchers of beer spells lots of drunk idiots. While these idiots might be a little older than their counterparts down the street at The Peculier Pub, they are idiots all the same. The atmosphere would be bolstered by some good music and a little less light, but all-in-all, the pub provides some respite from the "kiddy flavor" of the bars in the neighborhood. [MF] |
